
























Classified as monument on the list of the exceptional heritage of Wallonia, the two towers (named “Joyeuse” & “César”) date back to the 15th century and reflect the beginning of artillery by the presence of gunboats for culverins, small pieces of artillery to the barrel end and lying. The exterior brickwork have been cleaned, the new roof, replaced the defective stones, as well as the chassis and the staircase. Inaugurated in September 2007, the medieval-inspired garden of 32 acres last year hosted more than 4,500 visitors. The theme changes every year after the evil plants, will be addressed in the medieval power plants, plants with rocks and walls as well as fungi of the Citadel.
